Project Description
A 128 unit residential building with basement carpark, communcal facilities and swimming pool at 16 & 28 Anderson Road.
Green Features:
- Extensive landscape & sky terraces, use of double glazing facade to reduce the solar heat gain into the interior
- Extensive use of environmnetal friendly material to provide good quality indoor environment for its occupants, use of sunpipes to harnest daylight and use of cool paint to external west walls
- Rainwater harvesting for landscape irrigation
