Project Description
Capital Tower is a 52-storey office building located in the Central Business District completed in 2000 with a gross floor area of about 1 million sq ft. The building incorporates a number of environment-friendly technologies.
Green Features:
- Use of energy recovery wheel for the air-conditioning system
- Recycling of condensate from the air handling unit to be used as top-up water for cooling towers
- Use of chiller cleaning system to maintain the efficiency of air-conditioning sysem
- Use of motion detector at lift lobby and toilets
- Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide monitoring
