Project Description
Set on the island of Sentosa, the new CapitaLand Institute of Management and Business (CLIMB) is a colonial-style building adapted and restored for innovative reuse of space. The two-storey building has now been transformed into office, training rooms and facilities conducive for learning. CLIMB is set up by CapitaLand, one of the largest listed real estate companies in Singapore and Asia, as a learning centre for continuous knowledge-transfer and professional development amongst its employees.
Green Features:
- Restoration, Conservation and Adaptive Reuse of Whole Building
- Rainwater harvesting system to store collected rainwater in an underground tank and then deliver the filtrated rainwater to water points for general washing and irrigation purposes
- Conservation of mature trees
